1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• By creating an account, you represent that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.
• You may not impersonate another person, church, or organization when creating an account.
• Church accounts may only be created by authorized leaders with express permission from their parish.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features may require a subscription (monthly, annually, etc.).
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Subscription fees may change with prior notice. Continued use indicates acceptance.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use Celestial Trybe only for lawful purposes, including:

• Reading, playing, and sharing hymns.
• Discovering parishes, events, and members.
• Managing personal or church accounts in line with Section 2.

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or misuse the Platform without permission.
• Post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform.

5. User-Generated Content

Users and churches may post profiles, hymns, events, or other materials (“User Content”). By posting, you grant Celestial Trybe a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform. You confirm you have the rights to share this content. We may remove content that violates laws or these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in Celestial Trybe, including its design, logo, hymns database, and software, belongs to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership.

7. Location Services

Some features rely on location data. By enabling location services, you consent to collection and processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Disabling location may limit features.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or outcomes from your use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celestial Trybe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid in the prior 12 months, or (b) USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Celestial Trybe, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use, your violation of these Terms, or your User Content.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Certain provisions (intellectual property, indemnification, liability) survive termination.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration on an individual basis. Users outside this jurisdiction consent to such laws where applicable.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.
